Come and work with great colleagues doing exciting things in West London. Due to rapid improvement and growing numbers of students on role, our school is now looking for a Maths Teacher to accommodate their large increase in student applications
As a result of their obsessive focus on curriculum and sensible model of teacher development, they have seen their progress 8 score transform. Maths is extremely popular in this Academy and is now the most popular A level subject with 50% of 6th form students studying STEM – 47% of 6th form students studying STEM are female and 22% of female students who leave in Y13 go on to study STEM at University.
They are a diverse and vibrant academy, having every language on the DfE census represented and are proud to be a true comprehensive school. They maintain this comprehensive intake right through into the 6th form.
The school places the curriculum at the heart of the academy and it informs all decisions made. They are now looking for someone who shares in their belief in disciplinary thinking and who will help improve and refine curriculum thinking.
