The school is co‐educational from Nursery to Sixth Form and enjoys small classes, averaging approximately fifteen pupils over the whole School. They are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and appropriately qualified Design & Technology Teacher to
teach DT and some Art to pupils from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4. DT is an incredibly popular subject and
pupils have exposure to fully equipped DT workshops at the senior school with designated workshop
space at our upper Prep site also. Pupils in KS3 enjoy weekly timetabled lessons and numbers of pupils
choosing DT at GCSE remains high each year, the A Level is also popular and Co curricular activities within
the DT department are some of the most oversubscribed!
The starting salary for this position will be in accordance with the school’s Pay Scales which currently
track in excess of the maintained sector’s pay grades, and will reflect the experience and qualifications of
the successful candidate.
