Overview
We’re searching for an experienced stock controller to join a successful London delivery company.
This role will work Sunday -Thursday 6am-2pm. This is a fantastic way to join a growing company and you will be a central part of the buying team.
The Role:
- Monitoring the evening shift for the Buying Operations team with a keen eye on waste, escalating any waste issues to the Buyer and Stock Manager.
- Working to resolve any evening shift stock issues, ensuring a high quality arrangement
is consistently delivered to our customers. - Placing orders with our suppliers.
- Administrative tasks will include documenting delivery information, purchase orders, pricing information and invoices.
- Providing essential support to the wider buying team.
The Person
- Have a mathematical brain and are used to using excel/google sheets
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Confident in giving clear and concise instructions
- Be a problem solver
- Flexible
- Carry out tasks methodically and precisely
- Ability to work with people at all levels within the organisation
- Occasionally get stuck in with projects outside the job specification
