Registered Manager
Supreme Recruitment are currently looking for a Registered manager for a Therapeutic Residential home
This therapeutic residential care home take in young boys who have suffered complex trauma leaving them damaged and in need of a supportive nurturing environment to enable them to develop normal, healthy behaviours.
The home provides a high level of nurturing which ensures all the basic needs of the young person are met to the highest standard. This includes providing a home that has a warm and friendly atmosphere where great emphasis is placed on building supportive relationships and positive attachments. High regard is given to monitoring their physical well being to ensuring they are healthy, clothed and well fed.
The residents go to a school run & managed by the home.
The school has been classed as “outstanding” in all categories by OFSTED in November 2013.
Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience as a registered manager & experience of teenage boys.
Driver & car essential due to rural location- Horsham, Surrey.
Salary in the region of £37k
40 hour week
