Salary: £18,000
We are currently recruiting for a passionate Nursery Assistant to join a wonderful Nursery in Chelsea, committed to providing the best possible start to every child’s education. The nursery is nurturing and wholly child-centered and has a lovely free flow outdoor space as well as many extracurricular activities.
The nursery opens 50 weeks a year, having Christmas and Easter off for a week respectively, 8:00-18:00.
The role will be key in delivering high quality education and care while supporting the developmental needs of all children, maintaining the highest standards of supervision and adhering to safe working practices.
The perfect candidate will have Level 3 qualification or equivalent and have knowledge on the Anna Ephgrave’s ‘In the Moment Planning’ framework.
- Positive attitude, passion and enthusiasm.
- Previous experience in the childcare sector and willingness to learn,
- Clear enhanced DBS
- Ability to have initiative and be part of a team
- Be committed to the protection and safeguarding of all children
- Have excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
- Hold Paediatric first aid certification
