Overview
The Role
Your role as a Learning Support Assistant will include supervising and providing Learning support for pupils both with and without special education needs. You will encourage students to interact with each other and engage in class activities. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in the achievement and progress of these young students. You will be working on both a 1:1 and small group basis to reinforce Learning by reviewing lessons and teaching students’ proper behaviour.
The Person
- An enthusiasm and passion for education and inspiring young minds
- A minimum of Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Outstanding A-Level and GCSE grades (Including Maths and English)
- Fantastic written communications and language skills
