Overview
We are looking to recruit experienced Female Support Workers for semi-independent residential home for sleep in’s supporting young teenage mothers with their children in a safe and homely environment.
Salary: Hourly rate £11.50 to £13.00 & £35 for sleep in.
The home is designed to keep mothers and babies together as it is important for mum and baby to not be separated. The mother can keep her baby with her to aid recovery and increase bonding. The home provides a safe and supportive environment for both mothers and their babies, where they can receive the care they need.
Homes are in Hayes, Uxbridge & Hounslow and shifts would start at 8pm till 10pm. Support Workers will then sleep in up until 8am and you would finish anywhere between 8am and 11am. Sleep in is paid for the whole night.
