Overview

Supreme Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and passionate Early Years Educator who can demonstrate strong skills in collaboration, passion, reflection, respect, awe-inspiring experiences, and listening. As an integral part of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

Hours and Salary: Monday to Friday, 42 weeks per year (39 weeks of term time plus 3 weeks of the school holiday periods).  Hours of work: 8.30am – 6.15pm.  £12 per hour.

The Role

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children.
  • Demonstrate a deep passion for the welfare, wellbeing, and development of each and every child in your care.
  • Encourage a culture of reflection and continuous improvement to enhance outcomes for all children.
  • Respect and value diversity, and be open to different perspectives and opinions.
  • Create awe-inspiring experiences that ignite children’s curiosity, creativity, and motivation.
  • Regularly seek feedback from parents and colleagues to evaluate and improve the quality of our services.

The Person

  • Hold an Ofsted recognized, high-level childcare qualification.
  • Have prior experience working in a pre-school setting with key worker responsibilities.
  • Show a strong interest in career progression and continuous learning.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be reliable, responsible, and have a positive attitude towards teamwork.
