Cover Supervisors and Classroom Managers – IMMEDIATE WORK!!!!!!!
Supreme Recruitment are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors/Classroom Manager to work in secondary schools across Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon and surrounding Boroughs. We are in looking for high calibre applicants who are available for ad-hoc assignments on a flexible basis.
A Cover Supervisor/Classroom Manager will – supervise work that has been set in accordance with the school policy – will manage pupil behaviour whilst they are undertaking the work to ensure a constructive environment – will be responsible for answering any questions from pupils about process and procedures – will deal with any immediate problems/emergencies according to the school’s policies and procedures – will collate and collect completed work after the lesson and return it to the appropriate Teacher – will report back as appropriate using the school’s agreed referral procedures on the behaviour of pupils during the class, and any issues arising.
