Overview
Our West London based client is looking for a Warehouse/Receiving & Despatch Supervisor to join their busy and growing team.
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000
Shifts: 14:00-22:00 Thursday to Sunday
The Role
- Supervise and support a team of receiving & despatch operatives
- Lead and grow your team
- Inspire, motivate and train your team
- Monitor and drive performance of individuals and the team as a whole
- Drive safety agenda at all times to keep all employees safe by following agreed procedures and best practice
- Work with other staff and teams within the area & beyond
The Person
- Experience in a similar role required
- Leadership
- A natural coach with infectious enthusiasm
- Good time management and organisation
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- Attention to detail
- A relationship builder
